Returns & Exchanges

When to Return or Exchange
  • Returns are accepted for any reason within 21 days as long as the product is unaltered and unbroken.
  • If there is a shipping error or damage, contact us for an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
  • If you mistakenly ordered incorrectly or no longer want your item for any reason, follow the procedure for Initiating a Return.

Refunds & Fees
  • No Hassle Exchanges are available within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as you realize there is an issue.  Please include the problem along with your order ID.  This will help us determine the problem and speed up the process of processing a refund or getting you the correct part.
  • Refund or Exchange are both available options for returns. Exchanges require an additional payment for shipping cost, refunds may incur re stocking fee’s outlined below.
  • Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees are charged on returns, generally of 20%.  This fee is meant to recoup the costs of shipping, handling, and processing time in dealing with items which are returned through no fault of our own. Restocking fees are waived in scenarios where the customer is not at fault, such as when the wrong part is shipped, or there is shipping damage; if you believe this to be the case, please contact us so our customer care team can take care of your problem.
  • Return Shipping Fees are paid by the customer, unless the return is caused by a mistake on our part or of course a product damaged in shipping.

Return Prevention
  • Rely on your Professional installation company or by contacting us before you buy with your product.

Initiating a Return
  • Contact us for an RMA! You need to receive a return authorization or you may not receive proper credit.  The best way t obtain an RMA is to email us directly at: [email protected] 
  • Be Prompt examine your item as soon as it arrives for damage or other problems. We cannot accept returns past 21 days.
  • Be Descriptive & Send Pictures if there is a specific problem or defect. The more we know, the more quickly we can act.
  • Don’t Modify the Product if there is a chance you may return it. We cannot accept parts that have been painted or otherwise altered.
